- WHO CAN INSTALL THE PRODUCT ONCE WE PURCHASE?
- Anyone who is suitably qualified can install the hardware.
- WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD WITH MY PRODUCT?

- I HAVE JUST ORDERED, HOW LONG CAN I EXPECT TO WAIT UNTIL MY PRODUCT ARRIVES?
- Depending on your location and the quantity you have ordered, you can expect a 1-2 week lead time.
- I AM LOOKING AT PURCHASING A DVR, HOW CAN I REMOTELY VIEW VIDEO?
- If you would like to view footage and data from your DVR remotely, you need to do the following:
- Provide an internet connection to the DVR via WiFi or 4G (Sim card)
- Ensure your DVR has been programmed to point to the correct server (contact us if you are unsure on this step)
- Sign up for the monthly access fee (contact us if you are unsure on this step)
- Request a username and password to access CMSV6 (contact us if you are unsure on this step)
- HOW DOES THE SOFTWARE / REMOTE VIEWING FOR A DVR UNIT WORK?
- Once you have been set up, you are able to access your DVR remotely. Depending on your subscription, you can remotely view GPS data, Video Footage, Reporting and all historic information.
- CAN I USE A MOBILE APP TO REMOTELY VIEW A DVR?
- Yes. Simply search for CMSV6 in the Apple or Android app store.
- DO YOU NEED TO USE A SIM CARD IN A MOBILE DVR UNIT?

- HOW DOES 720P COMPARE TO 1080P?
- We have found that both resolutions are fine for a remote viewing DVR in a vehicle. We recommend that if you are using the system for proof of delivery you go with a 1080P system. If you are using the system for safety and just general use, then a 720P system is more than sufficient. Here is a visual representation of both standards:
