00:00: In this guide you will learn how to efficiently navigate through geotab to download footage 00:04: from your fleet view Camera System 00:07: Navigate to geotab and started the map view. 00:09: There are two types of downloads you can perform the first is a basic 30 00:13: second, download and the second is a more customizable download. 00:17: Select which vehicle or asset you need the footage from 00:20: Click on the view trip table 00:22: Identify the troopy require and then click on the journey replay at the time you require. 00:27: The first method is request a 30 second video click as shown. 00:31: The video will start to stream from the time selected on the map and you have the option to save 00:35: the video. Live Video

00:00: The fleet view had info geotab livestream can be initiated in two separate ways. 00:08: Firstly, you can click more on the vehicle sub menu. 00:13: And then select view live camera. 00:18: From there, we can stop the Stream click stop live stream. 00:23: For the second method. Event Video

00:00: This guide will walk you through a sequence of actions to navigate and utilize features within 00:04: the geotab application for managing fleet view event videos efficiently. 00:09: To get started please click on add-ins. 00:12: Navigate to Fleet view. 00:15: Open the event playback section. 00:18: We can now see the list of event video the list can be filtered. 00:21: Two main ways firstly we can use the built-in grouping within Geo table. 00:26: Select the vehicle group you wish to filter by 00:29: Secondly you can filter by vehicle and or specific video event 00:34: Toggle specific vehicles on or off 00:37: Next you can filter by specific camera events 00:40: Select specific camera events to filter by 00:43: Save changes by clicking apply. 00:46: In order to process one event, please click on the video icon on the right hand side of 00:50: the event. 00:52: Enter relevant processing comment, please refer to your company guidelines if you are 00:56: unsure what to add. 00:58: Save the changes by clicking save 01:01: You can bulk process events if you have many that you would like to process in the one go. 01:05: Simply click each relevant checkbox 01:08: Once you have selected all events you wish to process. 01:10: Please click bulk edit. 01:13: Enter a processing comment noting that the same comment will be saved across all selected 01:17: events. 01:19: Save changes by clicking save. 01:22: The guide covered a series of actions in the geotab application to manage event videos 01:26: effectively.
